The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or Service Inter Agence (SIA) in french is a member based service, paid for by the agency members in the same area. It is a information-sharing network created by the FNAIM (The leading association of estate agents in France) to help the public buy and sell homes. The SIA / MLS symbol means cooperation among agencies, so it is much more than a database of property information.

By signing a "Mandat Exclusif" with Maxea your property is placed on the Multiple Listing Service, the information about your property is shared with all other agencies accessing SIA / MLS, and all agencies have the opportunity to sell your property.
